CONDITIONS OF HIRE:

1.	In order to secure booking, a $50 deposit is required to be paid by the Hiree to the Hirer within 7 days of making booking, this can be paid either by cheque, money order, electronic transfer or credit card.
2.	The balance owing on the total hire is due for full payment on delivery by the Hiree, unless other arrangements have been made with the Hirer.
3.	Credit Card payments for the balance owing must be finalised in full 5 days prior to Hire Date.
4.	The deposit is non-refundable should the Hiree cancel less than 5 working days from the actual hire date.
5.	The Hiree agrees that the hire equipment is to be placed in an undercover, fully waterproof area.
6.	The Hirer will deliver the hire equipment to the Hiree at the address listed above.
7.	The Hirer will position and set up the hire equipment.
8.	No double adaptors or power boards are to be used.  Extension leads can only be a maximum of 10mtrs in length.
9.	The Hiree agrees that the hire equipment cannot be re-positioned or moved, should the equipment be moved, the Hiree is liable for the full costs associated with any damage which may occur to the machine.
10.	The Hiree agrees that the only product (excl alcohol required as advised by Hirer) to be put into the “Fabi” Cocktail machines are the premium mixes supplied by the Hirer.  Any other product that is put into the machine may damage the machine and the Hiree is liable for any damage this may cause.   The Hiree is to provide City Slush with the specified alcohol requirements which will be added to the Premium Cocktail mix. *
11.	The Hiree is not to clean or dismantle the “Fabi” Cocktail machines. *
